Order / Shipping
For orders placed before 18:00 on weekdays, your cargo will be delivered to the cargo company within 5 business days (depending on the stock status notified during your order). For orders placed on weekends or public holidays; the first following business day will be processed as the order day and your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 5 business days at the latest.
- The shipping fee for your orders will be notified to you at the time of ordering and will be collected with your order.
- When your products are shipped, the shipping company and tracking number will be sent as an SMS.
- The shipping fee for returns belongs to the buyer.
Shipping and Notifications: All statuses of your orders (Preparing, Shipped, Completed, etc.) are sent to you via e-mail.
Campaign and Discounted Products: When there is a product in your order's basket that belongs to a campaign period or is on active discount, the shipping time is up to 21 business days. 'Free shipping' and other 'coupon discounts' are not valid for discounted products.
Return Conditions and Method
As long as you do not use the products and the product or its packaging (saleability) is intact; you can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt by paying the shipping fee.

You can send an e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days, stating the reason for your return along with the order number, product name and product code. The response e-mail we will send you based on this request will include information that your request has reached us, address information and the steps you will follow.
